        First, the oil

        Oil is the working medium of the hydraulic system, which has a great impact on the performance and life of each component. Therefore, there are certain quality requirements for hydraulic oil. Users should pay attention to the following basic requirements when selecting oil: proper viscosity. The viscosity is too large (that is, the oil is too thick), which may cause oil absorption or oil absorption, but the gear pump bearings are not well lubricated. This series of gear pumps use oil absorption low pressure lubrication, which causes the gear pump to reduce its efficiency and early wear; Too small (that is, the oil is too thin) will also cause poor sealing performance and lubrication performance, which will reduce the efficiency of the gear pump and early wear, so it is hoped that the viscosity of the oil will be moderate. In addition, because the viscosity of the oil decreases with increasing temperature, in order for the gear pump to work stably at different ambient temperatures, the oil selected should preferably have such characteristics that the viscosity of the oil does not change much with temperature. The following oils are recommended: L-HM32 in winter and L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer or hydraulic oil close to viscosity. Working oil temperature range -20 ℃ ~ 80 ℃.

         Filtering

        Mechanical debris such as iron filings and sand are mixed in the oil and sucked into the gear pump. Entering the hydraulic system will cause the gear pump shaft and side plate wear and valve jams and other failures. If there is good filtration to ensure that the oil pumped by the gear pump is clean during use, the hydraulic pressure will be greatly improved.

        System reliability and extended service life. It is recommended to install a 100 mesh primary filter in the gear pump suction line, and the oil return line should be connected to an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of not less than 0.025mm. A powerful magnet is installed at the bottom of the fuel tank, which is used to suck the worn iron scraps of the hydraulic components in the fuel tank and prevent it from being suspended in the hydraulic oil, so as to reduce the wear on the gears and avoid entering the other hydraulic component systems and cause failure . In order to ensure the reliable operation of the gear pump, the oil in the hydraulic oil tank must be regularly filtered and replaced, and the filter screen must be cleaned regularly.

        Third, oil absorption

        1. The oil suction pipeline is not allowed to leak air. The light one will cause insufficient oil absorption, the efficiency of the gear pump will decrease, and noise will occur. The heavy one will not be able to suck oil, and the gear pump will be worn out, causing instant damage. For the installation of oil pipe joints, the flange screws should be fully tightened, and the sealing ring should be intact.

        2. When a new pump is replaced, hydraulic oil must be filled into the pump inlet to fill the oil chamber of the gear pump with oil to prevent insufficient oil absorption during the test machine, which may cause pump burning.

        3. The resistance of the suction pipe should not be too high, the suction pipe should be as short as possible, and there should be enough passing area, and the elbow of the oil pipe should be less than 90 ° elbow as much as possible.

        4. Oil temperature range is 0 ~ 80 ℃, suitable oil temperature is 20 ~ 60 ℃.

        Fourth, transmission

        The driving shaft of the gear pump cannot bear additional axial and radial forces, otherwise the life of the gear pump will be greatly shortened.

        1. Note that the rotation direction of the drive shaft should be consistent with the requirements of the gear pump.

        2. It is not allowed to directly put gears and pulley sprocket on the drive shaft of the gear pump for transmission.

        3. In addition to the larger rated pressure value specified in the table, the larger output torque value of the output shaft or connection sleeve must be observed, so it may be necessary to limit the larger working pressure accordingly.
